Multi-sensory website creation for a fashion industry icon
One morning we received an exciting call from GQ Magazine’s digital team in New York.
The idea was to create an online crossover collaboration between one of their most important high fashion clients–Issey Miyake–and some of the most adventurous Instagram influencers in the world. Naturally, our ears pricked up and we were brimming with excitement.
Designing a website for the fashion industry requires a certain level of creativity, so through a balance of cutting-edge web technology, social media content, video, and interactivity we were able to design a website that was smart, beautiful, and acted as a visual metaphor for two of Issey Miyake’s signature fragrances. The website was not only extremely well-received but was also one of the most successful online campaigns for GQ Magazine.
